Design Services 

With over 20 years of experience in the design and build business, you can expect an outcome that is not only tasteful and imaginative, but one that emphasizes cost-effective methods of construction. We do this by considering all the variables -- from existing conditions and site constraints to your vision and  budget. Our goal is to develop for you a custom floor plan in an architectural style that reflects your preferences and lifestyle. We value your participation and involvement in this process, recognizing its importance to the project's overall success.

The process begins with an on-site visit to your home, property or lot. We record measurements and photograph existing conditions.  From there, we create and present you with conceptual drawings. Once you are satisfied that we have incorporated as much of your input and feedback as practical, we'll then create an estimated budget for the project.

Once approved, we'll develop the CAD drawings to include floor plans, interior and exterior elevations, demo plans, roof plans, electrical plans, site plans and 3-D interior and exterior colored renderings. One of our interior design partners will also help you with your finishing choices (flooring, cabinetry, lighting, ceramic tiles, fixtures, appliances, window treatments, etc.).

Our goal throughout the design process is to give you the clearest vision of all aspects of your completed project at the earliest stage possible. Most contractors only broadly touch on these important considerations, but at our company all of these services can be included as part of our design service.
